  I'm being generous giving them one star. I highly recommend taking your business to Hertz instead. The employees were beyond rude and my family felt judged based on appearances. I will never take my business here again and I will make sure to let people know to do the same. I have rented from enterprise before and this was the first time I have ever experienced this. However, it was so unprofessional, they have lost my business all together. I contacted corporate who reassured me action will be taken. Regardless, my time sensitive trip is now being put on hold. Overall they are unprofessional and a waste time.
