  This is no longer the level of service we once received when the business was Chris's Collision. Their prices are double what others charge for the same repairs. The incident which occurred in our driveway due to snow, going 2-3 miles an hour, on Jan. 23. We took the vehicle straight in to have the repairs started. I was told that if we waited an additional week, it would be a quicker repair. They held my vehicle from 1/30/2017 through 2/27/2017! During the process we were told there was additional underlying repairs, much higher than quoted prices, they are gouging insurance big time! The repair cost our insurance $8411 for the rear drivers side damage, a simple fix compared to major mechanical areas. Upon receiving my vehicle back, there are welding burns to the carpet, along with 2 clips that fell out when the back door was opened. Still not sure where those belonged? I was so happy with Chris's Collision and sad to say I will never frequent this business again. We've been sharing our experience with friends and have heard similar and worse stories than our own. Be careful!
