  Days before Thanksgiving my on-demand hot water heater stopped working. I called one plumber referred off the manufacturers website, set up an appointment but they came down with the flu. They recommended Penrose Plumbing and by this time it was the day before thanksgiving.. Britt called and had another job that morning but was able to make it to my house in the early evening. A part was broken and he drove over 60 miles round trip to pick it up after making numerous phone calls to find it. At this point it was 7 pm, he came back to the house and fixed the water heater in a matter of minutes.. RECOMMEND RECOMMEND! Britt went WAY above and beyond..
