  Not at the customer center, but a delivery at my church by UPS. The driver came with a large, heavy package on a hand truck, which he opted to deposit in the middle of our small office. When the office manager and I asked if he would please put it in the room 12 feet down the hall he told us he "doesn't put things away" for customers or else his 12 hour day would be even longer. In the time it took him to tell us that, he could have wheeled the box the extra 12 feet so that the 2 women in the office did not have to move the box, without the aid of a hand-truck, so that it was not in the middle of the office floor. Crummy customer service. I'll be using FedEx from now on. Pastor Eileen Smith LeVan
  
  addendum: Attempted to make direct contact with a customer service representative. Had to wade through several automatic menus before I finally got someone in a central location (India or Pakistan?) The operator was very nice, but could only send a message to the Grass Valley location, who would return my call "within an hour" when I would no longer be in my office.
