  Update: Today, Easter sunday, I had the WORST customer service from James in the weigh-out station. Called me a liar to my face and was unacceptably disrespectful. I can't believe how unproffesional and confrontational this guy was. I wanted to slap him. If this is the type of service they deem acceptable I will gladly start going to Auburn.
  
  Most employees are helpful, however I find that the payback on recycling is low and subject to a lot of "variation" depending on who's working there.
  I find the overall management to be consistently lacking and wait times frequently seem much longer than necessary (i.e. several unloading spots frequently coned off for no apparent reason)
