  I've been coming to Fast & Fit since Judi opened in 2003. I've seen many changes over the years. For many years now, Judi is joined by Joyce and Tamara who care about the business as if it were their own. Now those are dedicated employees and that love, care, and joy passes down to their clientele. All three are all ready and willing to show you something new or to correct you on something you've gotten lazy about doing. I like keyless entry - I get in at 6:45 am to do my elliptical or weights. Then at 7:00 the regulars show up for our scheduled or improvised super circuit. I couldn't imagine working out anywhere else.

  There is always joy, enthusiasm, and just plain fun when you walk through the door at Fast and Fit. Constant encouragement, gentle challenges, and a variety of classes and equipment are great motivators. Whether I choose a personal or group workout, I never leave disappointed. I'm convinced joining Fast and Fit was a great decision!
